Shipping & Return Policy

Our stock cabinets are built and assembled to order and all sales are final.  Freight cost is calculated at checkout based on total weight and dimensions.  Please allow up to 20 business days for your shipment to be prepared.  We will provide tracking upon shipping.  Freight times vary by location.  Items ship from Addison, Illinois.  We practice strict quality control and your order will be securely packed on pallets.  

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their orders and shipping addresses. Appletree Woodworks, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.  

We ship cabinets via freight.  All shipments include lift gate service.  Residential service is available.  Please note lift gate service is curb service, and buyer will need to make arrangements to carry items indoors.  Appletree Woodworks, Inc. and its shippers will not hold orders once placed; customers will be required to accept the delivery in the normal time period.  Driver will contact customer to arrange the delivery time frame.  Please plan to be present for delivery as the order must be inspected and signed for.  Be prepared for your local weather conditions.  Small orders of accessories ship via UPS if ordered separately.

If items become unavailable outside of our knowledge due to industry uncertainty, we will make every effort to accommodate your order and offer substitutions or allow order cancellation.  We make every effort to facilitate prompt delivery but are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates, and we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as weather or supply chain disruptions.

Before accepting delivery, please check carefully for any damage.  You must notify the driver of damage in order for a claim to be placed with the shipper.  Do not reject any items.  All items will need to be accepted by the buyer.  This will facilitate the claims process.  You may be required to submit further information or photographs of any damage.  Appletree Woodworks, Inc. is not responsible for damage caused by installation or repair once signed for.  

If any concealed damage or missing items are discovered upon unpacking, please notify us within 5 business days, and if the claim is substantiated, we will ship a replacement part.  No refunds will be issued.
